Looking for a part-time porter. Flexible schedule with the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, Saturday, Sunday, both or neither. Hours are flexible.

Job Duties: -General grounds keeping. Trash pickup -Emptying out trash cans -Disposal of bulk trash -Window cleaning -Blowing sidewalks, Dusting windows, overhangs and fixtures. Disposing of trash in medians, driveways and common areas. Notify managers concerning the need for major

repairs or additions to building operating systems Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or tenant through inspection report form.

Qualifications: – Prior Porter, Custodial, and Janitorial experience required – Adhere to safety at all times – Attention to detail -Must be reliable

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Must be able to lift 50 lbs
